God's love for you

There is nothing you can do to make God love you any more, and there is nothing you have done that makes God love you any less.

Ladies, I don't think truer words have ever been spoken. God loves you. He sent His son to die on the cross for YOU. He loves you unconditionally day in and day out. No matter what your past looks like, your future can only appear brighter with Him by your side. Make the choice to accept him into your life and start a relationship with Him today :) 

Hebrews 13:5

I keep this verse on a sticky note to remind me daily that I'm never alone. It's important to keep this mind, especially during the summer season.

Jealous God

"I am jealous for you with a godly jealousy. I promised you to one husband, to Christ, so that I might present you as a pure virgin to him. But I am afraid that just as Eve was deceived by the serpent's cunning, your mind may he somehow led astray from your sincere and pure devotion to Christ." -2 Corinthians 11:23. 

The song "How He Loves" describes the love Jesus has for each of you and me. There is so much depth in the pure love of God and it cannot be settled or substituted BUT can be deceived by a man, a woman, alcohol, drugs, anger and whatever else the world says looks better than God. Heed this warning ladies and do not fall into the belief of these deceptions. 

The God of the universe who knew YOU before you were born rightfully claims you as His bride...as His own. Do not pull away from His embrace. 

There is freedom in the arms of Jesus. Run to Him!

Love yourself!

Ladies, you are beautiful, adored, cherished, precious, lovely, and created in His image. Be confident in who you are with your personalities, looks, characteristics, and intellect because your Master Designer would not have it any other way! 

He loves you, so you love yourself!

Sometimes life can seem so simple at times. Tomorrow, let's start our days off with this prayer that's short and to the point. The point of life. To love others. 

"God, whether I get anything else done today, I want to make sure I spend time loving you and loving other people - because that's what life is all about. I don't want to waste this day. Amen."

Prayer for the Kingdom

I pray for you, my sister Princess, to receive a touch from heaven today - that our Father in heaven will remove the blinders from your eyes, and you will experience an eternal view of the amazing things to come. May you find peace in knowing that the troubles of this world will soon be over and the joys to come will be everlasting. I pray that thoughts of eternity inspire you to share God's love everywhere you go and increase the citizenship in heaven. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Something on my mind today....

1 Peter 3:3-4 "Your beauty should not come from outward adornment, such as elaborate hairstyles and the wearing of golf jewelry or fine clothes. Rather, it should be that of your inner self, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is of great worth in God's sight."

The old adage "beauty is in the eye of the beholder" started way back in biblical times and still rings true today. Whatever one looks like on the outside has nothing to do with one's personality and inner beauty. 

Ladies, you are beautiful on the inside and that's the only thing that should matter. 

Pray today!

A prayer for today!

Lord Jesus, I give You my life.
I invite You to have Your way in me.
Take me and break me. Shake me and make me.
Fill me and spill me. Change me and rearrange me.
But whatever You do, Lord...don't leave me the same.
Spirit of wisdom and revelation, I welcome Your work.
Open my eyes so I can see...my ears so I can hear...
I choose truth over comfort, challenge over complacency.
Lord, make me forever Yours.
And most of all, make me like You.
Amen.

Lean on Him.

When you find your courage tested to the limit, lean upon God's promises. Remember that God is always near and that He is your protector and deliverer. When you are worried, anxious or afraid, call upon Him. God can handle your troubles infinitely better than you can, so turn them over to him. He rules both mountain tops and valleys with limitless wisdom, love and freedom..now and forever.

If you think you deserve mistreatment or disrespect, you have something in common with Tamar (2 Samuel 13:12-14). I pray that the Holy Spirit will be free to mend the dignity, teach us our true identity, and liberate us to live in purity."

Girls, besides Jesus, I believe the greatest gift God has given us is the comfort to know that we are His princesses! 

Can you imagine that?! 

You, a person who has had things happen to you that may make you not feel worthy; you, a person who makes mistakes just like everyone else; you, just one person out of millions....YES! 

We as women are created in God's likeness.  His likeness! In His beautiful, relational, loving, nurturing, patient, gifted, precious, intimate, and self sacrificing likeness....we as women have these qualities in us...even if we feel like ugly hideous monsters inside and/or out. He sees beautiful grace in us. You are his baby girl, his face shines upon you and his sweet words are what keep you from making those dangerous decisions and even when you ignore those whispers, he never shuns away from you or ever stops loving you.

 He is always there to help pick you back up. Rest in him dear one, and relish in your royalty...for in the Eternal is where true joy is found.

Be still and know.

"I am taking care of you. Trust Me at all times. Trust Me in all circumstances. Trust Me with all your heart. When you are weary and everything seems to be going wrong, you can still utter these four words: "I trust you, Jesus." By doing so, you release matters into My control, and you fall back into the security of My everlasting arms.

Signs of My Presence brighten even the dullest day when you have eyes that really see. Search for Me as for hidden treasure. I will be found by you." - Jesus Calling

Be encouraged. Be still and know, HE is God. Be anxious about nothing. Be at rest. Be the beauty He's created you to be today. SHINE...because there is Someone FOR you and IN you that is life-changing...let everyone see. =)

Rise Above

I have got to just say...to every women out there who has been made to feel like she is beneath or below men in any way whatsoever, you have equal partnership with men! Eve was the answer to the problem that Adam was alone. 

You are an answer not a problem. 

You have been given a measure of strength that needs to be utilized! Use your strength like a woman, not like a man. Don't you ever settle for a man who thinks you are beneath him. I've heard some use scripture to try to make that point - that is not the heart of God! We as man & woman were given dominion over this earth and its inhabitants but not over each other. Find a man who will see your strength and use it to his advantage. 

When both the strengths come together - they become unstoppable. 

Satan is all about division because if he can get the men for themselves only or the women for themselves only he's won. Remember, the male is the representation of the image of God & the female is the representation of the likeness of God, when they come together in marriage they make the full representation of God on this earth! Wives partner your strength with your husband's and see what God does. Single women, NEVER settle for a man who doesn't see your worth or your strength, if he's the right one, he won't be intimidated by it, he'll see it as a benefit!

My Princess Warrior: III

My Princess Warrior,

The greatest battle you may ever fight is the fight to forgive yourself. Remember, My beloved, all My chosen ones had to get up and receive My gift of grace to finish living out their faith.
I gave My disciple Peter the strength to get up from the guilt. I gave My anointed king David the grace to get up from the shame of committing adultery. I gave My apostle Paul the mercy to get up from pride and arrogance. I gave My warrior Gideon the courage to get up from his fears. The time is now to accept My forgiveness, and finish what I called you to do. Nothing can keep you down, because My power to rise again is in you.

Give your worries to HIM!

"Give all your worries to him, because he cares for you."
1 Peter 5:7

Ever had one of those weeks where everything that could go wrong, goes wrong? A mailbox full of bills, bare cabinets, family member in the emergency room and finding a pink slip on your desk at work are just a few of the struggles some of us women deal with on a weekly - or daily - basis. Often times Christians offer advice on 'giving up all your worries to God' and then you'll have peace of mind. 

Some of you are probably rolled your eyes. And before I became a believer, I would have, too. 

In 1 Peter, we are asked to give all our worries, concerns and unwavering thoughts up to God. Of course this is easier said then done as the bill collector pounds on the front door and the phone is ringing off the wall with credit card companies needing payments. Once we pray and ask God to take our worries away, it doesn't necessarily mean that they will vanish the moment we say "Amen." It doesn't mean we might have to endure them for a few more weeks. It does promise that God will help us through whatever turmoil is taking over our lives at the moment. 

When we give our worries to God, we put our faith into His all encompassing power. In the bible, God doesn't just ask us to do this, he commands, pleads and begs us to turn to Him in times of trouble. He wants to bare our worries and have us rely on Him. 

Tonight take a moment to think about troubles are on your mind and say this prayer, "Lord, I have a lot on my plate right now. I sometimes feel like it's hard to go on and I don't know what else to do so I'm turning to you. I've giving up all my concerns and placing them on your shoulders. From this day forward I will release any stress life throws at me and pass it right on to You. I put my full faith in You and You alone. Only you can carry me through this tough time and I look forward to seeing the green grass on the other side. Amen" 

Lord, Change me!

Whatever you do, don't leave me the same.
Make me like You." 

Ladies, pray this prayer with me today. Every time we have a conversation with our Lord, ask Him to change you and change your heart. Ask him to break you to see what He sees and feel what He feels. Tell him you don't want your life to be stagnant and stale, but rather invigorating and uplifting for Him. Tell God you are tired of being stuck in a routine and need a way out; a way out to change someone else's life - and yours!

Fearless Princess! I pray that you will walk in the perfect love of Jesus Christ, in which there is no fear! May you realize that God does not desire for you to live in fear but to be a brave daughter of the King. Spend time with Him to refuel your courage. May you find your confidence in your heavenly father and your peace in His Son. You will fearlessly face and overcome any enemy in the name of Jesus! I pray that you will hold fast to the truth: nothing can come against you when you are safely in His arms. In Jesus' name, Amen.
